Contact Form

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored on our servers beyond the email communication itself.

Newsletter Signup

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This information is processed by Mailchimp in accordance with their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Event Registration

Tickets for our events are handled by Ticket Tailor. When you purchase a ticket, your personal details are processed by Ticket Tailor in accordance with their privacy policy. KINDLE United may receive your name and email address as part of the booking confirmation in order to send event-related communications.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location (country level). IP addresses are anonymised. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
