Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Welcome to KINDLE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your registration for our events, including KINDLE Camp and KINDLE Plus. By using our website or booking a ticket, you agree to these terms.
KINDLE is operated by Kindle Community Limited, a company limited by guarantee (No. 10023210) and a Registered Charity in England and Wales (No. 1176016).
1.Event Bookings and Payments
Ticket Availability
All event registrations are subject to availability and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment Plans
We offer instalment payment options for specific events like KINDLE Camp. If you select an instalment plan, you commit to completing the full payment schedule prior to the start date of the event. Failure to complete payments may result in the cancellation of your ticket.
Pricing
All prices are clearly stated on our booking pages. We reserve the right to amend ticket prices, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
2.Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits
Any initial deposits paid to secure a place at a KINDLE event are strictly non-refundable.
Attendee Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at info@kindleunited.co.uk. Partial refunds for the remaining balance may be issued at our discretion depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
Event Cancellations
In the unlikely event that KINDLE United must cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date.
3.Attendee Conduct
Community Values
KINDLE United is a Christian faith community. We expect all attendees, whether at KINDLE Plus or KINDLE Camp, to respect our values, our team, the venue staff, and each other.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of our Safeguarding Policy. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and parents or guardians will be required to collect attendees under the age of 18 immediately.
4.Health, Medical, and Dietary Requirements
Accurate Information
It is the responsibility of the adult attendee or the parent and guardian of a youth attendee to provide full and accurate medical, dietary, and allergy information during the registration process.
Medication
Attendees bringing medication must declare this upon arrival. For youth events, our team will safely store and assist with the administration of medication in accordance with our health and safety protocols.
5.Media and Photography Consent
Promotional Material
We frequently capture photography and videography during our events to celebrate our community and promote future KINDLE gatherings.
Opting Out
By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. If you or your child do not wish to be included in any media, you must notify our team in writing prior to the event so we can provide you with an opt-out wristband or lanyard.
6.Personal Property and Liability
Belongings
KINDLE United does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to our events. We strongly advise leaving valuable items at home.
Venue Rules
Attendees must comply with all rules set by our partner venues, such as the Barnstondale Centre and the Pioneer Centre. Any intentional damage caused to venue property by an attendee will be billed directly to the individual or their parent and guardian.
7.Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at info@kindleunited.co.uk or via our contact page.
